Xbox Game Pass January 2025 Lineup: New Games and Departures

Microsoft has unveiled its first Xbox Game Pass lineup of 2025, confirming several anticipated titles and announcing some departures. The January additions include a mix of genres and access tiers.

New Games Arriving in January 2025:

Several titles are joining the service, starting with Road 96 (available January 7th for all tiers). This choice-driven adventure returns to Game Pass after a previous stint. The following games arrive later in the month (mostly January 8th, with UFC 5 and Diablo on January 14th):

• Road 96 (January 7th - All Tiers)
• Lightyear Frontier (Preview - January 8th - Standard & Ultimate)
• My Time at Sandrock (January 8th - Standard & Ultimate)
• Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders (January 8th - Standard & Ultimate)
• Rolling Hills (January 8th - Standard & Ultimate)
• UFC 5 (January 14th - Ultimate Only)
• Diablo (January 14th - Ultimate & PC Game Pass)

Note that Diablo and UFC 5 have tier restrictions. Diablo is exclusive to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, while UFC 5 is available only with Ultimate.

New Perks and Departures:

Alongside the new games, several Game Pass Ultimate perks launched on January 7th, including weapon charms and DLC for various titles. However, the service will also see the departure of six games on January 15th:

• Exoprimal
• Figment
• Insurgency Sandstorm
• Those Who Remain
