Unlock these creatures by completing urgent quests throughout Season 4's story chapters. Access to the tundra is granted after finishing the prologue.

The Versatile Switch Axe:

Season 4 introduces the powerful Switch Axe, a dual-mode weapon. Utilize its long-range Axe Mode for devastating strikes, then seamlessly transition to the ferocious Sword Mode for a whirlwind of attacks. Unlock the Switch Gauge by completing Chapter 2's pre-season story.

Customizable Palico Companions:

Recruit your very own Palico companion to aid in material gathering and monster scouting. Personalize your Palico by adjusting fur color, facial features, and bestowing a unique name. AR enthusiasts can even bring their custom Palico into the real world for memorable photos.

Friend Cheering for a Helping Hand:

Season 4 introduces Friend Cheering, adding a collaborative element to the hunts. Send cheers to your friends to provide them with a temporary health boost for the day. Note that there’s a limit to the amount of health boost achievable through cheers.
