Following the conclusion of Fontaine's storyline, update 5.0 will introduce the fiery Natlan region, bringing with it a wealth of new content including landscapes, characters, weapons, and storylines. Natlan, the Pyro nation, is known for its association with warfare, reflected in its Pyro Archon, Murata, also called the God of War.

A prominent leaker, Uncle K, has unveiled information about a new five-star Dendro DPS character. This character's abilities will center around the Bloom and Burning elemental reactions. Bloom, triggered by combining Dendro and Hydro, creates explosive Dendro Cores. Burning, a simpler reaction combining Dendro and Pyro, inflicts damage over time (DoT). This character is uniquely positioned as the first five-star Claymore-wielding Dendro unit.

The reliance on the Burning reaction has raised some concerns among players, as it's generally considered less potent than other Dendro reactions. This contrasts with the upcoming five-star Dendro support character, Emilie, slated for update 4.8.
