1. Interact with the painting at the hallway's end.

6. Pursue and defeat the Abyssal Mercator to the north.

8. Collect the Tidal Supply chest. This weakens the second Command Rise Tower barrier.

Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise

1. Speak to Insula and Itzel northeast of the Command Rise Tower.

4. Collect the Supply chest west of the moving libraries.
5. Use the Grapple to climb.
6. Collect the Basic Supply chest and another from across the balcony.
7. Defeat the Abyssal Patricius and collect the chest.
8. Use the Grapple to continue climbing, collecting chests along the way. Two Sonance Caskets: Ragunna are located within.
9. Utilize the chandelier mechanism to reach the top.
10. Speak to Insula and Itzel.
11. Use the portal to reach the Abyssal Patricius.
12. Defeat it to obtain the Call of the Abyss Rectifier and a Premium Supply chest.
13. Speaking to Insula and Itzel after exiting the portal awards the King of Thessaleo and Shadow of the Tower achievements.
