Once you've completed all three tasks, Kubfu will appear, and you'll earn 891 XP as you add this Pokemon to your collection. Remember, the Special Research is only available until Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 9:59 AM local time, so don't miss your chance to catch Kubfu.

Can You Catch More Than One Kubfu in Pokemon GO?

For those who want more than one Kubfu, Pokemon GO has you covered with the Paid Special Research – Fuzzy Fighter pass. For $8, you can access additional Research tasks and the chance to catch a second Kubfu. The pass also offers the following rewards:
