HoYoverse has unveiled the exciting details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, titled ‘Among the Forgotten Ruins,’ set to launch on March 12th. This update promises to plunge players deeper into the chaotic world of New Eridu, with a rich narrative and the introduction of new characters.

What’s Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?

In this thrilling installment, Proxies find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, who has them scrambling to secure a mysterious artefact connected to the Sacrifice. Adding to the tension, the phantom thief syndicate, Mockingbird, aims to thwart the Mayor's plans. Other factions are also in the mix, each with their own agenda to prevent the Proxies from claiming the prize. Meanwhile, characters Hugo and Vivian's suspicious behavior adds a layer of intrigue, leaving players to ponder their true intentions. Dive into the action with the trailer below.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 introduces a fascinating new unit, Anby Demara, formerly known as Soldier 0 and leader of the Silver Squad. She now ascends to the role of an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent, wielding dual swords to unleash devastating Electric damage. Another new addition, Trigger, an ace sniper from the Obol Squad, joins as an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent. Trigger's ability to enter Sniper Mode allows her to dodge incoming attacks and deliver precise shots, setting up teammates for Quick Assists.

Some Are Making a Comeback

Familiar faces are returning in Version 1.6, with Pulchra Fellini, an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent from the Sons of Calydon, making a comeback. Additionally, S-Rank agents Burnice, a Fire Anomaly Agent, and Zhuyuan, an Ether Attack Agent, are set for rerun banners. The new boss, Geppetto, will challenge players in Hollow Zero.

The update also introduces Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge, pushing players to test their skills further. The new Hollow Zero gameplay mode, Shadow Operation, adds dynamic special effects to each battle stage, enhancing damage based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule brings third-person sniper gameplay, allowing players to engage in real sniper missions. March On, Tiny Titan! offers unique challenges with a Bangboo drone, while Little Knight's Big Charge guides players through ten trials to earn rewards, including the chance to unlock Pulchra as a playable agent.
