Registration for the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Regional Closed Beta Is Now Live

Netmarble's upcoming Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is launching a regional closed beta test soon, offering a sneak peek at its gameplay and mechanics via a new trailer.

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Regional Closed Beta Dates:

The closed beta test (CBT) runs from January 16th to January 22nd, 2025, for players in the U.S., Canada, and select European regions. The CBT will be available on Windows and Android. Registration closes on January 12th, so register now to participate.

The trailer showcases intense battles and familiar faces from the Game of Thrones universe, including Jon Snow, Jaime Lannister, and Drogon. Check it out below!

Set during the fourth season of the show, the game plunges you into the heart of Westeros' political turmoil. Following King Robert Baratheon's death, the Lannisters cling to power, while Stannis Baratheon prepares for war. The North is still reeling from the Red Wedding, and the Great Houses continue their intricate schemes.

Players assume the role of an heir to House Tyre, a minor Northern house. A robust character creator lets you customize your character before selecting one of three classes: the stealthy Assassin, the honorable Knight, or the versatile Sellsword. Combat is player-versus-player (PvP) with full manual controls.

The game also features original characters inspired by Wildlings, Dothraki, and the Faceless Men. Expect the same gritty atmosphere, political intrigue, and epic scale that defined the HBO series.
