Nintendo Adding Wario Land 4 to Nintendo Switch Online Library

Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack subscribers are in for a treat! The classic Game Boy Advance title, Wario Land 4, is joining the service's ever-growing library on February 14th.

A newly released trailer showcases the game's return. Access is included at no additional cost for those with an active Nintendo Switch Online membership and the Expansion Pack add-on.

The game's synopsis teases Wario's latest treasure-hunting escapade: "The misguided Wario is back, this time searching for riches. Ignoring warnings, he enters a cursed pyramid rumored to hold gold and jewels. He soon discovers the curse is no laughing matter, realizing survival itself is a challenge."

Players will navigate 20 expansive levels, collecting gold and treasures to purchase bonus items. Relaxation is also built-in with a selection of engaging mini-games.

Originally released in 2001 to critical acclaim (earning a 9/10 from IGN), Wario Land 4 stands out for its diverse level design and challenging gameplay, demanding players solve puzzles to reach specific areas.

This marks the 24th Game Boy Advance title added to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, joining a roster of beloved classics such as Mario Kart: Super Circuit, The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
