1. Post-Chapter 5: After defeating Adam and Eve in Chapter 5, you'll receive a call from Operator 6O initiating the "Investigating Communications" quest. Complete this immediately as it's easily missed.
2. Chapter 6 & 7 Progression: Advance the main storyline, complete Chapter 6 (Forest Castle events), and begin Chapter 7.
3. "Terminal Repairs": After speaking with Pascal about A2 and exploring the city ruins, Operator 6O will contact you again. Check your inbox at an access point to start the "Terminal Repairs" quest.
