The Brain Scorcher: Accessing the Locked Warehouse in Stalker 2

The Brain Scorcher, a landmark location in the Stalker universe, also features in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. A Tamper-Proof Stash, secured within a seemingly inaccessible warehouse, presents a challenge. However, a clever route bypasses the locked door. This guide details how to access the stash.

Locating the Warehouse

Find the Brain Scorcher in the northern Malachite region. Your map will mark the Tamper-Proof Stash, leading you to the warehouse with the locked entrance. Don't worry about the locked door; it's not the intended entry point.

Accessing the Warehouse

Follow these steps to enter:

1. Circumvent the warehouse to the left, ascending the orange stairs to a stack of crates.
2. Use the crates to leap over the containers to your right, progressing to the next set.
3. From there, jump over the crane on your right, continuing past it to the far end.
4. Descend onto the containers below, navigating a zigzag path to an opening at the rear of the warehouse.

Inside the Warehouse

Proceed cautiously! Trip mines guard the path to the Tamper-Proof Stash. Carefully disarm them before reaching the front of the warehouse.

Retrieving the Stash and Exiting

The Tamper-Proof Stash, a large, already unlocked safe, awaits. Gather the valuable loot—ammo, medkits, and consumables—then prepare to exit.

To open the locked door, locate a generator near the back of the warehouse, amongst some crates. Activate it to restore power. Return to the power panel by the entrance and flip the switch to unlock the door. You can now leave the warehouse.
