Indie developer Theo Clarke's new game, Plantoons, lets you wage war in your own backyard. This quirky tower defense game shares similarities with Plants vs. Zombies, but with a unique twist.

The Plantoons Gameplay

Your garden transforms into a gladiatorial arena where plants fight waves of pesky weeds. Instead of simply placing plants and hoping for the best, you'll level up and upgrade your leafy combatants as you face increasingly aggressive weed invasions.

Begin by choosing a plant from your arsenal and strategically placing it on the battlefield to fend off the weeds. (Thankfully, these weeds seem less terrifying than the infamous zombies!)

Progressing through Plantoons rewards you with cards that enhance your plant army. Boost attack power, strengthen defenses, or increase pollen production. Strategic plant placement is key to creating a robust defensive line across your meadow.

Each plant boasts unique abilities and stats. Complete challenges to expand your deck in the Card Bank, allowing for customized and powerful setups.
