The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point, and it's a significant departure from the series' typical gameplay. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic Kentucky BioTech facility. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. After the initial cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination-induced). Eliminate the zombies with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility (grapple from the security desk). Another phone call initiates a document-finding puzzle.

Four documents are scattered throughout the room. Mannequins will follow, but freeze when you turn. Quickly collect the documents (desk corner, left side near a round table, small central table, cafe near a sink). Place them in the file display. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone call. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears.

The Mimic can disappear; shoot moving objects to reveal it. After defeating the Mimic, collect the Blue card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water and a console. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card held by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate zombies and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Drain the water by activating three switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the phone call and fight the final horde and the Disciple. The subsequent cinematic concludes the mission.
