'Ash of Gods' Opens Pre-Registration for Android

AurumDust's latest tactical RPG, Ash of Gods: The Way, is now available for pre-registration on Android! Following in the footsteps of Tactics and Redemption, this installment offers refined card combat and a compelling narrative. Already released on PC and Nintendo Switch, Android players can soon experience this enhanced tactical RPG.

Ash of Gods: The Way retains the core tactical card combat but introduces exciting new features. Players build decks from four distinct factions, each with unique warriors, gear, and spells. A diverse range of tournaments awaits, each boasting unique opponents, battlefields, and rules. With two decks, five factions, and a staggering 32 possible endings, replayability is guaranteed.

The Story

Players assume the role of Finn, leading a three-person crew into enemy territory to compete in war game tournaments. The game seamlessly blends tactical battles with richly detailed, fully voice-acted visual novel segments. The engaging storyline and dynamic character interactions, reminiscent of previous Ash of Gods titles, are a major highlight. Expect lively dialogue, arguments, support, and playful banter that bring the characters to life.

Gameplay

Progress unlocks four unique deck types, allowing for strategic deck customization and upgrades. Starting with the Berkanan and Bandit decks, players subsequently unlock the highly defensive Frisian deck and the hyper-aggressive Gellian deck. The game encourages experimentation, with no penalties for altering upgrades or switching factions. While character development and player choices drive the narrative, the focus is less on plot twists and more on character relationships and player agency.
