Arcane skins are unlikely to return to Fortnite

Fortnite's cosmetic items are highly sought after, with players eagerly anticipating the return of popular skins to the in-game store. Epic Games' rotation system, while offering variety, often results in lengthy wait times. While some skins, like Master Chief (after a two-year absence), eventually reappear, others remain elusive.

The case of Jinx and Vi skins from Arcane highlights this uncertainty. Despite significant player demand following the second season's release, Riot Games co-founder Marc Merrill indicated a low probability of their return. While acknowledging the potential profit, Merrill cited concerns about players migrating from League of Legends to Fortnite due to the skins. This concern stems from League of Legends' current challenges, making a potential player shift undesirable.

While Merrill expressed willingness to discuss the matter internally, the chances of Jinx and Vi's return remain slim. The potential financial gain for Riot Games is counterbalanced by the risk of impacting League of Legends' player base. Therefore, it's advisable to temper expectations regarding the reappearance of these popular Arcane skins.
