Following the mass resignation, reports emerged of developers scrambling to understand the impact on their projects. However, Remedy Entertainment quickly confirmed that Control 2's development, including Alan Wake and Control AV rights, remains unaffected due to their direct agreement with Annapurna Pictures and Remedy's self-publishing arrangement.

Davey Wreden (The Stanley Parable) and Team Ivy Road have also assured fans that Wanderstop is progressing as planned. Wreden expressed confidence in its imminent release. Team Ivy Road, while acknowledging the unexpected disruption, stated their continued dedication to the project.

Matt Newell's Lushfoil Photography Sim, nearing completion, is also expected to proceed without major setbacks, although the team expressed appreciation for their collaboration with Annapurna Interactive.

Beethoven & Dinosaur, creators of The Artful Escape, similarly confirmed that their upcoming title, Mixtape, continues development.
