Airtel Tribe: Your All-in-One Retail Management Solution

Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage customer service and their Airtel accounts in one convenient app.

This comprehensive app allows retailers to handle various customer needs, including new and existing customer registrations, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, Airtel Money (AM) cash transactions, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers.

Retailers can also manage their Airtel accounts directly within the app. Features include profile viewing and editing, stock viewing, updating, requesting, and purchasing; sales hierarchy viewing; AM/EVD PIN resets and account unlocks; agent loan access; and banking services. The app provides access to transaction history, commission details, and retailer performance metrics on Airtel services, enabling self-service and streamlined requests to Airtel. Additionally, it offers access to training materials, surveys, and manages digital notices for retailers.

Available in English and French, Airtel Tribe supports Airtel Africa's diverse operations. Its user-friendly design enhances business productivity for retailers.
