1. Launch the Bring & T Update App: Start by opening the Bring & T update app on your device.

2. Navigate to Update Section: At the bottom of the screen, locate and tap on the “Update digital key” option.

3. Select Your Digital Key: From the list provided, choose your digital key identified as “BR_xxxxxxxx”. If your digital key does not appear in the list, press the [Search again] button to refresh the search.

4. Review Software Versions: Upon selecting your digital key, the app will display both the current software version of your digital key and the version to which it will be updated.

5. Initiate the Update: Confirm that you are updating the correct device by pressing “Your device is correct”. The lamp on your digital key will then start blinking in purple for 10 seconds. During this time, press the button on your digital key briefly for about 0.5 seconds.

6. Monitor the Update Process: Wait for the update to proceed. The lamp on your digital key will turn from purple to blue, indicating that the software update is in progress.

7. Complete the Update: Once the update is finished, the lamp will stop blinking, signaling that the update is complete. You can then click “Close” to exit the app.

8. Maintain Proximity: Since the update is performed wirelessly, ensure that your digital key remains close to the device running the update app throughout the process.

9. Battery and Duration Considerations: Note that the update process cannot be interrupted once started and typically takes about 2-3 minutes. Make sure your digital key has sufficient battery life before beginning the update.

10. Troubleshooting: If the update process halts or an error occurs, simply close the app and restart it to try the update again.

11. Registration Requirement: Remember, the digital key must be registered before you can update its software. Unregistered digital keys are not eligible for software updates.
