Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to successfully write tickets onto your card.

The electronic purse feature allows passengers to select and record (purchase) a specific amount onto their card.

Our app supports over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing options, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including those for students).

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us, ensuring your safety.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device. Refer to your device's user manual to locate the exact position of the antenna.

Funds are only charged from your payment card upon the successful writing of a newly purchased ticket.
