Royal Petrol

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both new and existing customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

A Participant is any individual, 14 years or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions within the Republic of Kazakhstan, and possessing a valid individual identification number.

The Participant Questionnaire collects information needed for program registration. By completing the questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data (as defined by the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). This includes data processing via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, mail, automated systems, and databases. This consent remains valid until revoked in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible within the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Mobile Application is software developed by Royal Petrol for iOS and Android devices.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as outlined in the program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol stations.

The Program Participant's Bonus account records accrued and redeemed Bonuses, displaying the current balance.
