There could be several reasons for login issues. Start by ensuring you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the most recent version of the app. Common problems include:

• Your interactive user and VUU user do not match, leading to application failure.
• Your VIU user might not be activated or lacks the necessary permissions, typically resulting in a blank page within the app.
• Your session may have expired. User sessions are periodically terminated, so try logging out by tapping the authority button at the top right, then log back in.

3-) Why am I not receiving notifications?

Ensure that you've granted the app permission to send notifications. Navigate to Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle to check your settings. If needed, resolve the issue by logging out and then logging back in.
