The Iași Bilet app simplifies your public transport experience in Iași. This travel portal, offered by the Iași Public Transport Company, provides a comprehensive suite of tools to make your journey smoother and more efficient.

Purchase tickets conveniently using your bank card. Plan your optimal route with ease, and visualize real-time bus, tram, and trolleybus locations, lines, and stations directly on the interactive map.

After creating an account and linking it to your transport card, effortlessly top up your card balance with travel vouchers via secure online bank card payments. Track your card status and active tickets at any time. Manage multiple transport cards from a single account, easily topping up e-wallets, purchasing subscriptions, and extending existing ones. Access a detailed history of all your transactions.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly within the app, submitting required documentation for approval. Once approved (either through the app or in person), access discounted or free fares.

Businesses partnering with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Customize your experience by opting for in-app or email notifications regarding ticket purchases, expiry dates, and other relevant card actions.

Plan your journey seamlessly by inputting your starting point (current location or a custom address/point of interest/station) and destination. Save frequently used locations for quicker access later. The app displays the distance to the nearest station, predicted vehicle arrival times, and estimated travel duration.

Real-time tracking shows your required vehicle and alerts you of any necessary line changes. View complete or directional line routes on the map and save your favorite lines. Receive notifications about service disruptions affecting your planned routes.

Easily search for specific lines and view their real-time vehicle locations. Select a station to see all lines serving it, including their next three arrival times and schedules.

Locate nearby ticket sales points on the map and view their operating hours. The app is available in Romanian and English.
